Founded in 1974 as the Carolina Gay Association, SAGA (Sexuality and Gender Alliance) is one of the oldest queer organizations in the country!

SAGA is a social justice-based queer organization housed within the Campus Y, and our goal above all else is to create a supportive and energizing space for queer people on campus. We host events throughout the year to learn, have fun, and build community! We often work with other student organizations to celebrate the diverse and intersectional nature of queer experiences.
