QUEER SPACES & GROUPS

This is not an exhaustive list of queer groups and spaces on campus, nor are all of these groups and spaces exclusively for queer people. Rather these are some groups and spaces that we have found to be welcoming and inclusive throughout our time here at Carolina. Plus, they all just have such a good vibe! If you’re looking to find your community and don’t know where to look, these would be our suggestions.

Know a queer(-inclusive) space or group that we didn’t mention? Email it to us! We want finding community to be accessible!

The Campus Y is home to SAGA and other social-justice-oriented committees. It is an incredibly welcoming and safe space for everyone! SAGA holds events regularly in the Campus Y such a queer movie nights and queer prom.
