Breath Focused ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what Breath Focused collects and how it's used.
What Breath Focused Collects
Data you choose inside the app
Breath Focused stores settings you create such as block lists, schedules, and goal settings so the app can function.
iCloud / CloudKit sync
Breath Focused uses Apple iCloud/CloudKit to sync certain app data across your devices. Apple manages iCloud security and authentication. We do not operate our own servers for this sync.
Purchases (if you buy Pro)
If you purchase Breath Focused Pro, payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details. Apple may provide us information needed to confirm your subscription entitlement (for example, whether your subscription is active).
Analytics and crash diagnostics
Breath Focused uses Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how the app is used and to monitor stability. Firebase collects usage and interaction data (such as app events, screen views, session length, and feature engagement), device and technical information (such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and general region), crash logs, and a unique app instance identifier. We use this data to improve the app and keep it running reliably. This data is processed by Google; see Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Firebase's privacy information (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy). We do not use this data for advertising or to track you across other apps.
Support communications
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
What Breath Focused Does Not Collect
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.
We do not use your data for ad targeting.
How Breath Focused Uses Data
We use data to:
Provide blocking, schedules, and focus sessions
Sync your app data across your Apple devices via iCloud/CloudKit
Understand app usage and improve the app
Monitor app stability and diagnose crashes
Respond to support requests
Provide and restore Pro access (if purchased)
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only:
With Apple services you use (iCloud/CloudKit for sync, StoreKit for purchases)
With Google/Firebase for analytics and crash diagnostics, as described above
If required by law
Your Choices
You can disable iCloud for Breath Focused in iOS Settings (Apple ID → iCloud).
You can revoke Screen Time permissions anytime in iOS Settings.
You can cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
