U Link is a student-run, non-profit organization at the University of Minnesota (UMN) composed of professional students positioned to support the needs of community organizations that serve vulnerable youth. Our mission is to make our organization a place where student-mentors are inspired to become leaders and advocates for change within our communities, all while providing vulnerable youth stable role-models in their sometimes unstable lives. U Link currently has chapters at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities and the University of Minnesota - Duluth.

Each student-mentor completes a thorough training and orientation process to ensure we are providing youth with the best mentorship experience possible. These trainings include minor safety training, mandated reporter training, trauma informed training, cultural competency training, and more.
