The American History Workshop

Organized in 2003, the American History Workshop (AHW) at the University of Michigan is a forum designed by and for all graduate students who study U.S. history, broadly defined. Through its public meetings, professional development panels, mini-conferences, and informal gatherings, the AHW seeks to meet the intellectual, social, and professional needs of graduate student historians who too often toil in isolation.

We welcome presenters and commenters from all disciplines!
