Ultra Q Map Backstory

I've been a fan of Ultra Q since they formed in 2019, and before that I followed their high school band, Mt. Eddy. Throughout the years I've dabbled in fanart and made a couple covers, but I thought it could be fun to make a different kind of fan project. So, with my background in geography and HTML/JavaScript coding, I decided to make a web map! 

This project started in June of 2025, partially as a distraction from my master's dissertation which I was writing at the time. Now, around my busy work schedule, I use my free time to update and think of new features to add to the map. It's a way for me to grow my coding skills while also making a one-of-a-kind fan project for my favorite band! 

I think it would be super cool to have photos and stories for every single Ultra Q show that's mapped, to preserve and celebrate all the special moments that occur at concerts like these. If you have anything to share, let me know!
