Magoosh Flashcards are organized into 51 card sets by Easy, Medium, and Hard difficulty levels. Creating an account is free and simple, and allows you to save your progress as you build your vocabulary. There is an app available for your phone as well, so you can practice while on the move. A good way to develop vocabulary for classes that you may be leading as well.
A vocabulary list built off of the recommendations from McGraw-Hill for "must-know" TOEFL words. You will need to sign up with Vocabulary.com in order to see the full list. Another good resource for either self-study or classroom use.
