We want to have meetings discussing how we can enhance our performance in studio without breaking our backs. We would also like to create a system of accountability, helping those who may be struggling in Fletcher.
Many of our projects this upcoming year will be focused on bettering our community and imagining what a more inclusive society would look like.
During our meetings it is very important to us, your leaders, for you to feel comfortable to speak up at our meetings. We will be discussing mental health and want you to find that you can vent to your UL NOMAS Family about whats going on in the program and in life. We want to create a grounded and open environment for you to speak and get involved. We would also like to manage our time more properly so that NOMAS meetings do not become a hinderence on your schedule.
