Refugees who clearly arrive from Ukraine and travel to any destination in Austria, regardless of gender and age, can travel on Máv-Start flights for FREE with the so-called Solidarity ticket!
They need to ask this at the cashier.
Caritas: Wir helfen. has been operating in Ukraine for over 30 years. Some of their houses in Eastern Ukraine have been hit in the last days. People can easily donate via FB and it's a certified (Austrian) NGO, meaning that they operate with full transparency:

In Vienna, we are setting up a network to support Ukrainian people - either on the borders or directly in their country. We are creating a small database with people who can physically contribute to the cause: driving, carrying, riding, translating, offering accommodation, storing supplies, etc.
