UK Shift Pay Tracker is designed to help users track work schedules, shifts, working hours, overtime, holidays, absences, salary estimates, pension contributions, National Insurance, tax estimates and financial reports.
The application is intended solely for personal, informational and organisational purposes.
UK Shift Pay Tracker is not an official HMRC, payroll, accounting or tax system and must not be relied upon as the sole source for payroll, tax, legal or financial decisions.
Using UK Shift Pay Tracker requires registration through Firebase Authentication.
The application cannot be used without a valid user account.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and for all activity performed using their account.
Users may permanently delete their account directly from within the application at any time.
All calculations provided by UK Shift Pay Tracker are estimates only.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Salary
Hourly Pay
Overtime
Holiday Pay
Tax
National Insurance
Pension
Net Pay
Gross Pay
Financial Reports
Although every reasonable effort is made to maintain accurate calculations, we do not guarantee that any calculation is:
accurate;
complete;
current;
suitable for payroll;
suitable for accounting;
suitable for tax purposes;
legally correct.
Users must always compare all results with their official employer payslips and HMRC guidance before making financial, payroll or tax-related decisions.
The application stores information locally on your device and securely synchronises eligible information using Google Firebase.
Cloud synchronisation is available only while the user is signed in with a valid account and depends on:
internet connectivity;
Google Firebase availability;
third-party services;
device operating systems.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted synchronisation, continuous service availability or successful recovery of deleted information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UK Shift Pay Tracker and its developer accept no responsibility for any loss of data, regardless of the cause.
This includes, but is not limited to:
software bugs;
application errors;
failed synchronisation;
deleted records;
corrupted records;
internet failures;
Firebase service interruptions;
operating system updates;
device failures;
hardware failures;
accidental deletion;
user mistakes;
third-party service failures;
force majeure events.
Users remain solely responsible for reviewing their own information and maintaining any backups they consider necessary.
Users are encouraged to regularly review the accuracy of their data before relying on it.

Incorrect information entered by the user will produce incorrect calculations.

The developer shall not be liable for any decisions made by users based on information generated by the application.
The application is provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
We aim to keep the application available at all times.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Features, services, calculations and functionality may be:
added;
modified;
suspended;
replaced;
removed
at any time without prior notice.
Users may permanently delete their account directly from within the application.
Deleting an account permanently removes access to the account and, where technically possible, permanently deletes the associated application data.
Deleted accounts and deleted information may not be recoverable.
If users request manual deletion by contacting us, we will process the request within a reasonable period.

Continued use of the application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Premium subscriptions and lifetime purchases are managed exclusively by Apple App Store and Google Play.
To ensure that users receive the correct Premium access across supported devices, the App may automatically verify, restore, and synchronize purchase status after sign-in or when required. Users may also manually restore eligible purchases using the Restore Purchases option.
Premium access is granted only for valid and verified purchases. If a subscription expires, is cancelled, refunded, or revoked by the respective app store, Premium features may be limited or removed accordingly.
Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple App Store or Google Play and may be verified to prevent repeated use of introductory offers.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from the use of the application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
