About

Greetings! I'm Ujjwal Sharma, currently immersed in the realm of Economics as a Ph.D. Scholar at the esteemed Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad. My journey involves exploring the complexities of macroeconomics, monetary economics, and inflation, seeking to unravel their impacts on our daily lives.

Hailing from the serene Doon Valley of Uttarakhand, my academic voyage began at Doon Valley Public School and continued with a B.Sc. in Economics from Doon University, where I received the Pandit Mahananda Dangwal (Kirti Nagar) Scholarship and the Gold Medal for 2015-18. Following this, I pursued a Master's degree in Economics from DAV (PG) College, Dehradun, affiliated with HNB Garhwal University, Uttarakhand, in 2021.

From an early age, public speaking has been my forte, from reciting Shlokas in morning assemblies to addressing the hallowed halls of the Indian Parliament. These platforms have not only given voice to my thoughts but also imbued my expressions with meaning and my ideas with wisdom.

Music, particularly the enchanting melodies of the Bansuri (Flute), holds a special place in my heart, inspired by the soul-stirring tunes of the Krishna theme from the movie "OMG (Oh! My God)." I also harbor a deep love for cricket, having represented Doon University as a left-arm spinner in various tournaments. Additionally, I'm an avid gym enthusiast, albeit with some fluctuations, and I've recently taken up swimming as a vital life skill.

My aspiration to become multilingual is fueled by the desire for basic proficiency in diverse Bhartiya languages. IIT serves as an ideal platform for this pursuit, facilitating interactions with individuals from across Bharat and fostering a rich tapestry of cultures.

Welcome to my website, where I'm excited to share my work, musings, and ideas with you. Let's cultivate a community of like-minded individuals dedicated to societal well-being, particularly the flourishing of Bharat.
