Our team utilized several different media outlets in order to conduct our research. To better understand and provide guidance on ITIL principles we referenced Foundations of IT Service Management by Brady Orand. We saw that this really helped us to understand and shape our way into thinking properly to research the case at hand. As, we also needed to understand the UITS Team and TO teams specifically we utilized their respective department webpages on Kennesaw State University's Website. We did hold meetings to better understand the further workings of the departments as well. Once the understanding of the functions of the TO Team we focused our efforts into reviewing the sample survey provided to us to understand how the current data had been tracked and received by the departments.
