The initial project report creating and laying out our plan for the project. In this phase we developed our overall plan and set up our first round meeting with the Technical Outreach Team to discuss the project and goals.

After setting our goals and obtaining a copy of the current survey which is handed out to the participants of the courses. Our team begins the process of reviewing the questions asked and developing further questions to be asked to gain as much insight into the daily workings and responsibilities asked of the TO Team.

After further combing the survey and data provided to our team by the TO Team we culminate our final thoughts and suggestions to the TO Team. This is is the final submitted report for this phase of the project as outline from Milestone 1 and result of analyzed information gathered and reviewed with Milestone 2.
