ALL ATHLETES MUST COMPLETE STEPS 1-3 : ⬇️ (PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY)

1.  A yearly physical from a qualified physician who completes, signs, and stamps the SCUSD Sports Physical Form. The signed and stamped form must be uploaded into the home campus account (step 3) in order to be considered for athletic clearance.

2. Use the button provided below to begin the clearance process.

            2. Create an account or log in to your existing account

            3. Complete all required digital forms

            4. Upload a current sports physicaL

            5. Submit your clearance for review

3. Fill out the ASES Program Application. 

All requirements must be completed and approved before a student can participate.

Get cleared early so you are ready to go when your season begins. We can’t wait to see you represent the IBees!
