At UIA, we believe athletics is about so much more than winning games. It is about giving students a place to belong, challenging them to grow, and teaching them how to show up for themselves and their teammates.

We want our student-athletes to compete hard, lead with character, take pride in their academics, and represent Umoja with purpose. Whether you have played your whole life or are trying a sport for the first time, there is a place for you here.

We are building more than athletes. We are building confident students, strong teammates, leaders, and a community that is proud to be IBees.
