It enhance the interaction between the learners- students and teacher. When informative tools are integrated into lessons, students become more engaged in their work. This is because technology provides different opportunities to make it more fun and enjoyable in terms of teaching the same things in different ways. As a consequence of this increased engagement, it is said that they will be able to retain knowledge more effectively and efficiently.
Increased profitability: By increasing efficiency and faster sharing information or message, technology allows jobs to be complete quicker and more accurately.
It's activates learner's interest in learning and strengthen their retention power.
Informative tools enable teachers to be up to date with new techniques and help their students to be updated with latest technologies such as use of tablets, mobile phones📱, computers, etc. in education. Information technology not helps students to learn new things but also helps teachers to enhances their skills.
Informative technology is not just a tool. It can gives learners a voice that they may not have had before. Therefore, as a teacher candidate, it is important to know the various formats of informative tool and how they integrate in the real classroom. These various informative tools serve unique purposes an have a profound impact on children's learning.
Application in Real Classroom
The various formats of informative tool like text, image, sound, etc. play an important role in teaching and learning process. It is very important that we have to integrate informative tool while teaching since it is the most effective way to increase interest in learning and make learning more productive. For instance, if we used text 🖺like reading on "The old wise women" it will enhance their comprehension skills, expands vocabulary and prepares students to handle real-life reading. In addition, if we use different types of image🖼 while teaching, it will help in activates learner's interest in learning and strengthen their retention power. In the nut shell, despite teaching any subjects in school🏫, we must integrate informative tool to enrich student's knowledge and increase their interest in learning.
2. Communicative tool
What is Informative tool? (གོ་བརྡ་སྤོད་པའི་གྱི་ལག་ཆས)
Communicative tool (གོ་བརྡ་སྤོད་པའི་གྱི་ལག་ཆས) refers is an application, apps or tools which are used to exchange information and ideas in two ways, both synchronous and asynchronous between senders and receivers, including social media. It can improve student-teacher interaction, increase productivity and efficiency of works, provide students with accurate and clear information and ensure good communication between sender and recipients, including email, chat rooms💬, virtual and online meeting rooms.
There are two types of communication tools; Synchronous and asynchronous communication.
Synchronous communication tool mean the ability to communicate and collaborate in real time in the same “different time” mode, including online chats, video conferencing and phone calls📲. It allows people to connect at the same time and receive instant feedback and responses from the participants.
Asynchronous communication is any communication that does not take place in real time, such as emails, forum comments, and recorded voice. This communication tool has no learning time limit and is a customizable schedule whereby learner engages with their learning program according to their schedule. Despite the advantages, both tools have disadvantages such as high data and power consumption, and slow internet connection when communicating synchronously, while asynchronous communication has disadvantages such as no face-to-face contact, no immediate feedback and limited communication, and collaboration.
As a future educator it is very important to use both means of communication tools in order to improve learning and make learning more productive and comprehensible. So, for successful learning, use Google docs, Google slides, and Zoom meeting to make the class more collaborative and communicative. And also use learning management system to supplement the teaching by sharing files such as PPT, PDF, video tutorial, and images. Moreover, let them create and using blog as a communicative tool to share their thoughts, and express their ideas. It will help them to become a lifelong leaner’s.

Constructive tool(ཕན་ཐོགས་ཅན་གྱི་ལག་ཆས།) is one that can be utilized to alter information, visualize, and develop our own knowledge in order to learn something meaningful. By the end of the class, I realized that both teachers and students use constructive tools to teach and communicate with one another on a daily basis. For example, for teaching and learning, teachers and students used PPT, MS Word, simulation, social networking, and LMS, among other things. All of these are examples of constructive techniques that we frequently employ in our teaching and learning endeavors.
Importance of Constructive tool
Constructive tools are critical for teaching and learning. For example, if a teacher uses concept mapping to teach the concepts of flower parts🥀, the students will be able to brainstorm and activate their past knowledge, allowing them to generate meaning based on their prior knowledge. By exchanging information via blogs, Facebook, and Google Classroom, it enables students to construct and alter their thoughts and knowledge. It develops and nurtures critical thinking in students, as well as drive and independence. Using social networking sites like as Facebook, blogs, and Google Classroom, it also improves engagement and work cooperation to generate new knowledge.

Desktop publishing software(DTP) is used to create documents like leaflets, broachers and newsletter. It allows users to organize and present their ideas in an attractive format.
3. Word document, and Spread sheet
Microsoft Word is a effective tool for making a all kind of documents like letters, updates, reports, research projects, and typesetting books and magazines. It also help students make necessary correction using spell checking and grammar checkers. Spreadsheets are used to store data and information. We can run complicated calculations, create graphs and charts, and analyze patterns once we have our data in a spreadsheet.

PowerPoint is a presentation program developed by Microsoft that creates a slide show of important information, charts, and images for a presentation. It can be used virtually anywhere and it also facilitates an effective way of communication with the audience.

Camtasia is a screen recording and video production software that allows users to record, edit, and share videos. It can assist in creating content for courses, tutorials, and product demos, among other things. It also allows users to create interactive video using quiz.

As a teacher, it is critical to incorporate constructive tools into the classroom since they provide students with numerous opportunities to develop and manipulate their own ideas. We can incorporate constructive tools in the classroom, such as the construction of a simulation lesson using PowerPoint, to engage students and help them think critically. Use a desktop publishing tool to organize and present the ideas in an appealing way so that students are engaged in the learning process. We can also use Google Sites to make our own simple webpages and communicate and exchange ideas with one another. Learners must be actively involved in the learning process and able to develop their own knowledge and make meaning as a result of this.

Co-constructive tools are applications that assist in the production of knowledge through a common understanding that consolidates concepts in a collaborative manner. In co-construction tool, students use technology tools or document to share ideas, work together🤝, co-edit and discuss ideas and thoughts through online real time discussion. It involves the two or more participants to construction the knowledge. It is also a re-construction of knowledge that includes the sharing of extra knowledge ideas 🧠 from other users.
Importance of integrating co-constructive tool in the classroom
It is vital to integrate and teach our children👫 using co-constructive tool, because students may co-edit one other's work and communicate ☎️ 📟 to share ideas, which promotes collaborative learning.
It encourage the learner to have a high-level cognitive process- explanation, problem finding and problem solving. Co-constructive tool helped in developing high level cognitive process where it requires explanation on the particular topics, problem and have to find solutions for the problems.
As students edit, improve, and develop their work through collaborative, learning becomes more active and intentional.
