We know everyone hates living in Skid Row, but do the Urchins also dream of a life like Audrey does? Are they at all surprised by the life of which she dreams? Do they have similar or different dreams of a life off the Row? Do any of them want to stay but dream of Skid Row being different?
Does Orin dream of getting out of Skid Row? He encourages Seymour to do so. Would he get more patients somewhere else, where more people can afford to go to the dentist?
Printed band-aids were first mass-marketed in 1956. The design was white stars on colored backgrounds--"stars and strips."

Why did Mushnik think nothing of a dentist’s outfit in the trash outside his shop? What normalizes that for him, or what was preoccupying his mind that it didn’t phase him?

How does Seymour know exactly which reporter has called? Have he and Audrey already talked about this and had secret inside jokes or complaints?

$1.95 in 1955 is $22.58 today, and $50 in 1955 is $578.97 today. Seymour’s plant purchase probably looks like a waste of money, and the $50 for roses is plenty to take everyone to dinner.
