Terms of Use

Effective October 28, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Jonesy ("we") about using UFOhub. By using the app, or by signing in, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use UFOhub.

1. Who can use UFOhub

You must be at least 13 to use UFOhub. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You can't use UFOhub if we've banned you before.

2. Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You're responsible for what's posted from your account. Usernames can't impersonate other people, and they follow the same rules as posts.

3. Community rules

UFOhub is for sharing and discussing UFO and UAP information in good faith. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, comment, link to or upload:

• Hate speech, threats, harassment or bullying

• Sexual content or nudity

• Violence or gore meant to shock

• Spam, scams, phishing, malware or misleading links

• Other people's personal information, such as home addresses, phone numbers, or photos of private people without consent

• Content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights

• Sighting reports or evidence that you know are fake and present as real

You also may not get around moderation, rate limits or bans, collect other users' data, or interfere with how the app works.

4. Reporting and blocking

You can report any post or comment and block any user from its menu. Blocked users' posts and comments are hidden from you. We review reports within 24 hours. When several people report the same content, it's hidden automatically until we review it.

5. Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute it, adapt it for display (for example, resizing photos) and use it to run and promote UFOhub. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people already made.

You confirm that you have the right to post what you share, including any photos.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove or hide any content, or suspend or ban any account, that breaks these terms or that we reasonably think harms UFOhub or its users, with or without notice. Banned users can still browse and delete their account. If you think we made a mistake, email ufohubdev@gmail.com.

7. Information in UFOhub

Cases, people, evidence ratings, credibility scores and news are for general information. Evidence ratings are our assessment of how well documented something is. They are not proof that any event happened or didn't happen. Posts are written by users, not by us, and we don't verify them. News headlines and articles belong to their publishers. Don't rely on UFOhub for safety, legal, medical or emergency decisions. If you see something in the sky that could be a hazard, contact local authorities.

8. Disclaimers

UFOhub is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the app will always be available, error-free or accurate, or that content will never be lost.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of UFOhub. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US$50 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using UFOhub and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access under section 6, or stop offering UFOhub. Sections 5 (for content already shared), 7, 8, 9 and 12 continue after your account ends.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using UFOhub after a change, you accept the new terms.

12. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for UFOhub or its content, and has no duty to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. If UFOhub fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of any purchase price, and Apple has no other warranty obligation. Your use of UFOhub must also follow Apple's Media Services Terms.

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
