Almost there !!! Few steps that needs to be followed and finished to get you onboard

How to join UFA Paid Group/Membership?

Step1

Use this form to Register for UFA https://form.jotform.com/201764949201153

Fill the form with required details and must required fields are Name, Address, Email, phone Number

Select your Time zone, membership type, Discord ID

Select your priorities

Please read the Disclaimers and select agree to accept them

Step 2

Post the screenshots of payment and form submissions to this Emaild "contactus@urbanfoodalliance.org" with subject “UFA Stock Group Membership”

Step 3

Please send your Full Name, Gmail, Cell number in contact format (not plain text) (Attach --> Contact in whatsapp) to Omar Yimeen on +1(201-951-4900)

Create a contact entry for yourself in your address book/contacts, if you don't have one already and send that to admin Make sure your gmail and whatsapp number are there in the contact you created.

How to send contact on whatsapp- follow below screenshots

click on “+” button -> select contact

Select you contact from “contact lists”

click on Done and send Contact

Step 4

If You Have A UFA Discord Account

Provide your discord name & ID. Change it to firstName.lastName#2345 if not in the provided format

(Eg; Abdul.Aziz#2345).

You can find your discord ID In the

Home Page ->bottom left corner

Creating an Account in Discord

Click on Register and fill in the required details

Once created account it needs to verified, An Email will be sent from Discord and click on “verify Email”

To change Discord Name and ID [Format- FirstName.LastName#2345. (Eg; Abdul.Aziz#2345)]

1.Login to Discord-> Go to User settings [Bottom left corner on Home Page]

2. Click on Edit

3. Change ID to provided format and click on Save
