The Four-Star flag
The flag of the Charter Arts Governate is a black banner bearing four stars with the following colors from left to right: red, green, blue, and purple. The colors are taken from the logo and iconography of Charter Arts. Unlike some individuals have attested, the stars do not represent communism, but instead the UFA's democratic vision for Charter Arts.
Standard of the Governor of Charter Arts
Standard of the Governor of Charter Arts
The Standard of the Governor of Charter Arts draw its four stars from the Governate flag. It also features the Seal of the Governor of Charter Arts and the words "Governor of Charter Arts". The reverse (back) of the flag is white. Unlike the four-star flag, which represents the entire governate, the Standard of the Governor is to be used only by the office of the Governor.
