The Four-Star flag

The flag of the Charter Arts Governate is a black banner bearing four stars with the following colors from left to right: red, green, blue, and purple.  The colors are taken from the logo and iconography of Charter Arts. Unlike some individuals have attested, the stars do not represent communism, but instead the UFA's democratic vision for Charter Arts.
