Registration & Payment

● Participation in the conference requires the presentation of a paper. All proposals (abstracts) will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Note of acceptance will be sent on 30.01.2019.

● Registration & Payment period (for participants with paper selected by the Scientific Committe): 1 - 20 February 2019.

● Conference fee: 100 Euros.

● Conference fee (100 Euros) includes participation in the conference, program, abstracts in digital format & coffee-breaks.

● The Conference fee does not include any provision for the insurance of participants (against personal injury, sickness, property damage, etc.). Participants are advised to arrange for any insurance they consider necessary.

● Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.

● Payment (Conference fee: 100 Euros): by Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

● Payment is made to the Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning, University of Lisbon (Instituto de Geografia e Ordenamento do Território, Universidade de Lisboa).

● No costs associated with the bank transfer can be charged to the Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning - University of Lisbon (Instituto de Geografia e Ordenamento do Território da Universidade de Lisboa).

● Reimbursement of the registration fee is not possible.

● Detailed information on the registration and payment procedure will be sent directly to each participant on 31 January 2019.

● NOTE: Participation in the conference requires the presentation of a paper. The deadline for abstract submission (paper proposal) ended on 20 January 2019 (2nd call). The note of acceptance or denial was sent, at the end of January, to all corresponding authors of the abstracts submitted. Information on registration and payment procedure was sent on 1st February 2019 to the authors / participants in the 4th International Conference on Urban e-Planning. Registration and conference fee payment: 1 - 20 February 2019.
