Camera-ready Submission (All papers)
To submit the final camera-ready version of your workshop paper, follow these instructions.
- Use the style file format in this zip file.
- Main text should not exceed 4 pages. References and supplementary material can exceed 4 pages.
- Create a single PDF that includes the main paper and any appendices. If you have other supplementary material such as source code, host them elsewhere and provide a link in the paper.
- Find your "paperID" from the list of accepted papers.
- Use this filename format for your PDF: UDL2019-paper-{paperID}.pdf, e.g. UDL2019-paper-01.pdf
- Double check that your submission is NOT anonymized.
- E-mail your paper to udlworkshop2019@gmail.com with subject line UDL2019-{paperID}. (e.g. UDL2019-01)
- Submit the final version of your paper by June 5, 2019 (Wednesday).
Contributed Talks (Paper ID 1-6)
- Please prepare for 10 minutes. We recommend an 8 minute talk and 2 minutes for questions.
- You can use your laptop for presenting.
- Please share your slides in PDF format by June 7, 2019 (Friday).
- Our workshop will be live-streamed and recorded. Please fill out the consent form and send back to udlworkshop2019@gmail.com along with your slides by June 7, 2019 (Friday).
Spotlight Talks (Paper ID 7-53)
- Please prepare for 1 minute talk and limit to a few (ideally 1-2) slides.
- Please send us your spotlight slides in PDF format.
- We recommend "Standard (4:3)" format (and not Widescreen 16:9) to avoid text being cut off.
- Use the filename format: UDL2019-spotlight-{paperID}.pdf, e.g. UDL2019-spotlight-01.pdf
- E-mail your spotlight slides to udlworkshop2019@gmail.com with subject line UDL2019-{paperID} (e.g. UDL2019-01)
- Submit your spotlight slides by June 5, 2019 (Wednesday).

- Note that papers selected for contributed talk will not be part of spotlight session.
Poster Details (All papers)
- Poster dimensions need to be 36W x 48H inches or smaller (e.g. A0 portrait would work)
- There are no poster boards at workshops. Posters are taped to the wall.
- Posters should be on light weight paper, not laminated.
- Note that there are two poster sessions, one from 10-11am (which overlaps with coffee break 1030-11am) and another at 5-6pm. All the posters can be presented at both poster sessions.
