Annual Media Conference 2025
As part of the MIDA Annual Media Conference 2025—one of the most crucial events of the year to announce the approved investment performance—I played a key role in developing digital and visual content to enhance engagement and communication.
AI-Generated Video Teasers: Led the creation of three AI-generated video teasers for social media promotion, event launching (replacing a traditional emcee introduction), and digital signage display. Developed the storyboard and script to ensure a compelling narrative aligned with the event's objectives.
Infographics & Social Media Content: Took charge of designing infographics and writing ad copy for social media posts, ensuring clear and visually appealing content for online engagement.
Post-Event Recap Video: Created an AI-generated recap video of the Annual Media Conference for internal digital signage, summarizing key highlights of the event in an engaging format.
#TRACKBlitz Social Media Campaign
TrackBlitz is a year-long social media campaign aimed at increasing visibility for the company’s functions—not just in attracting domestic and foreign investors but also in facilitating key stakeholders.
Social Media Content Creation: Spearheaded the entire campaign execution on social media by producing videos, posters, and other engaging content.
Media Planning: Developed a comprehensive media planner to strategically schedule and optimize content distribution for maximum audience reach and engagement.
Strategic Messaging: Ensured that all content effectively communicated MIDA’s role beyond investment offerings, highlighting its facilitation of stakeholders and industry development.
Employee Handbook of Tukish Aerospace Malaysia
I am leading the development of a comprehensive digital employee handbook for Turkish Aerospace Malaysia. This project focuses on consolidating essential information regarding employee benefits and compensation, workplace safety, and company policies. The handbook is to create an accessible and user-friendly resource that enhances employee engagement and understanding of their rights and responsibilities. I ensure that all content is accurate and aligns with organizational standards. The handbook will serve as a vital tool for onboarding and ongoing employee reference. This initiative reflects my commitment to fostering a supportive and informed workplace culture.
MyAero'24 Summit
I participated as an exhibitor at the MYAERO'24 Summit, representing TUSAS Malaysia in the career area. My role involved assisting attendees, managing external communications, and ensuring our booth was engaging and informative. I facilitated interactions with potential candidates, providing insights into career opportunities and company culture. This experience allowed me to enhance my networking skills and connect with industry professionals. Additionally, I collaborated with team members to create an inviting atmosphere that showcased our commitment to talent development.
Research of Employee Well-Being and Best HR Practices,
Research of Benchmarking: Bonuses, Salary increment.
I am leading a research project focused on employee well-being and best HR practices. This initiative aims to identify effective strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall productivity. Through reading from other accessible company workplace culture, I am gathering insights to understand their needs and preferences. The findings will inform the development of targeted programs and policies that promote a healthy work environment. My goal is to contribute to our organization's HR framework by implementing evidence-based practices that foster employee well-being. This project reflects my commitment to enhancing workplace culture and supporting our workforce.
I am also involved with the research benchmarking with HR team for bonus, increment for 2025 employees.
Other additional projects: 1)Infographics internally and externally to encourage employees to stay energetic at workplace (example: Stress is not always bad, how to handle stress, etc) and for promotion on social media platform. 2)Assisted doing a salary increment and bonus for 2025 based on industries and years. 3)Assisted in the Organizational Chart for internally.
In summary, this research analyzes the communication strategies used by a macro influencer, and a mega influencer, on Instagram during the first two weeks of Ramadan 2024.
It focuses on content formats, communication tactics, and themes to understand audience engagement and brand-building. The findings offer valuable insights for influencers and marketers, highlighting the importance of aligning content strategies with audience interests to boost engagement, strengthen connections, and expand social media impact.
On May 28th, the practical training course students (COMM 4995) organized a one-day educational program titled "Unleashing Potential: Empowering Students in the Digital Age." The event ran from 9 AM to 5 PM and featured a series of concurrent sessions aimed at enhancing digital literacy among students.
I was appointed as the Head of Public Relations for this event, I devoted my full efforts to ensuring my team gave their best to a successful end. This included identifying and inviting key external and internal stakeholders, drafting formal emails and invitation letters, liaising with stakeholders, and coordinating digital invitations. My responsibilities also involved pitching ideas for ideal attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and vendors, all of whom aligned with our concept and theme.
Usrah in Action (UIA) is a platform for IIUM students to participate in community initiatives and enhance student s interpersonal skills.
The Edu-Resilience Project, part of the Usrah in Action (UIA) course at IIUM, aims to provide sustainable, high quaity, and equitable education for refugees. The effort occured at School Al-Ikhlas and tht Rohingya Refugee Centre, emphasizing the development of enduring effects via extensive educational programs designed for meeting the particular needs of refugee children.
During the last year, I worked as a commited team member in the Multimedia Unit. We were tasked with providing instructional content, advertising materials, and recording the project's developemnt. Our multimedia initiatives greatly improved the project's exposure and involvement in the community.
The team's commitment and creative methods led to significant achievements, such as enhanced educational results for refugee kids and more community engagement. The program's quality and dedication to make a positive impact on refugees' lives were acknowledge with a Silver Award from IIUM.
As part of our Business Communication subject, we conducted a project centered on developing captivating social media content. We decided to undertake a "Food Review" series at different cafes in IIUM to engage with our audience and improve our communication abilities.
As a creative strategist for this project, my duties included brainstorming topics, structuring material, refining posters, and crafting compelling teasers for the final content. Instagram was selected as our main medium, where we reached 25,867 accounts and garnered 41,635 impressions.
My content item titled "Food Review: Bilal Chicken Wrap"received substantial attention and become the top-performing post with 30,695 views. This initiative showcased our capacity to produce engaging content and underscored the impact of proactive social media involvement.
In Integrated Marketing Communication subject, our team, "OutPerform Creative" has created a thorough plan to tackle the issues Paparonis restaurant encountered from its previous advertising and marketing endeavours. We want to increase the brand's exposure and drive sales.
I was positioned as PR to went for meeting and analyse the data given from the client. We did a comprehensive study of Brand 4Ps (Product, Place, Price Promotion), assessed the present market condition (including demographic and psychographic profiles and brand perception), and conducted a competitive analysis (evaluating rivals and doing a SWOT analysis).
We developed a creative strategy and communication plan based on the AIDA models (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). We used a range of strategies in our media preparation, such as advertising, sales promotion, direct selling and pubic relations.
Our strategic design and implementation led to notable enhancements in brand recognition and sales results, which were then reported to MDEC. This project showcased our proficiency in executing an integrated marketing communication plan successfully, tackling practical business obstacles, and attaining concrete outcomes.
As part of our course on Sustainable Development: Issues, Principles & Practices, our project focused on protecting the wellbeing of animals. Specifically, we aimed to support the bird population on the IIUM campus by addressing their needs for food and shelter.
I worked as an editor and observer, tasked with detecting bird populations and evaluating their food supplies and shelter needs. Because of the Movement Control Order (Covid-19), only Afiq and I, who were on campus, were allowed to work on the actual prototype and real-life execution of our concept.
We overcame pandemic-related obstacles to improve the living environment of birds on campus, showcasing our dedication to sustainable development and animal welfare.
During my foundation studies, I took part in a project that aimed to provide experience in managing a firm and interacting with actual market forces. We founded a team group and selling used clothes, enabling us to implement and grasp business and management ideas in a hands-on environment.
I contributed to this initiative by performing market research, managing inventories, pricing plans, and interacting with consumers.
