UConn EMIG

Our meetings throughout the year are hosted by some of our amazing attending emergency physicians.

Our annual symposium attracts medical students from across the Northeast for expert instruction.

Members of our EMIG won the national SonoSlam contest in 2019, 2018, and were runners-up in 2017.

We run a program to match MS2-4s who are interested in EM with residents who act as mentors and advisors.

We participate in the annual EM Day of Service to give back to our communities.

We hold a 'Women in EM' event with female emergency physicians, a simulation night, and we facilitate student participation in the UConn residents' mass casulaty drill.
