Charge: The UCM Steering Committee hereby creates the Construction Process Oversight (CPO) Work Group. The Construction Process Oversight Work Group will be the primary UCM interface with the architect and contractors during the construction phase of the Building Project. It will serve as a watchdog to assure that any new construction is true to approved designs. This group may also recommend to the Steering Committee essential modifications to the original designs.
