AI Support

You can use AI tools for things like research, brainstorming, or creating content. However, you must be the owner of your final idea. You should be able to confidently explain your concept and process if asked during a follow-up call. 

Humanatix Order ID
You'll need your Humanatix order ID for both your final submission and your video submissions. This number was in the subject and body of your confirmation email. Keep it handy, and use it to name your final report document. 

Video Check-ins 

Throughout the event, teams will be asked for two brief video check-ins at random. Make sure to check your email at least every half hour for a request. These are informal, quick updates to see how you're doing and if you need any help. They are not part of your grade, so they should only take a couple of minutes to film and upload. You can also win one of the team spot prizes! 

Supervisor

If your primary supervisor has changed, please send us an email. It's fine for supervisors to swap during the day (no need to email). If your supervisor has dropped out, email us as soon as possible (we will try and make other arrangements). 

NSN Number

Please include your NSN number in your final report. This helps us verify you with your school if other methods don't work.

Report Template:
Remember to consider using the report template provided in the "example problems and report template" section of the website. This may be a good place to start and get some ideas down.
