Our esteemed alumni, a steadfast presence for the past eight decades, have consistently demonstrated unwavering support throughout the institution's journey. Their invaluable contributions encompass financial endowments, infrastructure development, comprehensive career guidance, robust placement opportunities, and the provision of state-of-the-art facilities. Furthermore, they have established a charitable trust dedicated to community welfare, fostering a spirit of volunteerism among current students who actively contribute to societal betterment.

Our alumni have achieved remarkable professional prominence, forging distinguished careers across both the corporate and public sectors. Their exceptional accomplishments have been recognized with prestigious national honors, including the Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan, and Padma Shri awards. They serve as profound sources of inspiration, not only for our current student body but for the entire nation, bringing immense pride to UCEK Kakinada and ensuring its name resonates throughout India through their groundbreaking achievements and significant milestones. They have meticulously crafted an 80-year legacy that present and future generations of students are encouraged to emulate and uphold.

As we commemorate 80 years of our institution's existence and celebrate the momentous Oak Jubilee, we acknowledge the enduring integral role of our alumni. Their unwavering dedication has shaped our past, continues to influence our present, and will undoubtedly guide our future endeavors.

The alumni of Engineering College, Kakinada, have consistently contributed to the improvement of facilities, labs, and other requirements, demonstrating their ongoing commitment to the college's growth in the past, present, and future. Their significant contributions include supporting the Golden Jubilee Celebrations, the construction of Swarnotsav Bhavanam, Diamond Jubilee Celebrations, a Mini Auditorium, a Modern Indoor Stadium, and the establishment of Avionics and Nuclear Engineering specializations. Additionally, they dedicate their time to presenting Best Teacher Awards and Gold Medals to toppers, while also providing crucial placement and career guidance for graduates. 

Alumni of Engineering College, Kakinada, took a significant step by registering the ECK Development Trust on March 25, 2010. This trust successfully obtained 80G exemption, providing a valuable benefit to its donors.

In collaboration with Dr. Allam Appa Rao, the then Vice-Chancellor of JNTUK, a plan was thoughtfully developed to construct a modern Indoor Stadium. The ECK Development Trust graciously committed to raising ₹2.70 Crores, while JNTUK generously agreed to contribute ₹1.05 Crores, bringing the total project outlay to ₹3.75 Crores. Work on this ambitious project commenced in earnest in 2010.

To acknowledge the substantial contributions, the University decided to recognize major donors through the naming of the Indoor Stadium and its internal facilities.
