UCD Application:

After your Gies Global Study Abroad application is accepted and you commit to the program, you will receive information  for the UCD application. You should begin filling out your UCD application right away as there is typically a quick deadline. You should be prepared to upload your passport and transcript. Your transcript that you submitted for your Gies Global Study Abroad application is available in the documents section of your application. 

After UCD reviews your application and if you are accepted, UCD will email you further instructions regarding courses, housing, fees, and scholarship information (if available). You must accept your offer within the designated period indicated in the acceptance email from UCD. Please read all emails carefully.

UCD typically offers one €1000 scholarship. You must complete your application and be accepted to the program by UCD in order to be given access to the scholarship application. If you wish to apply for the scholarship, complete your UCD application as soon as possible.

UCD Requirements:

• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0

• Must have completed sophomore or junior year. 

• Must be in the Gies College of Business. 

Deadline:

• UIUC application deadline: February 1

• UCD Scholarship Deadline: March 1

• UCD Application Deadline: approximately March 3 - 10
