The academic component is comprised of two modules;
Course 1 - Core Module (5 ECTS / 3 US credits)
Ireland's International Business Environment (Illinois- BADM 380)
Course 2 - Elective Module (5 ECTS / 3 US Credits).
Students will be able to choose one of the two options (Summer 2023):
Global Sustainable Finance (Illinois- free elective)
Responsible Management, Sustainability & Society
Students will be required to prepare in advance for the academic component and readings, and syllabi will be shared with the students three weeks prior to arrival.
Complete the subject choice form in the application. This is not your registration but course preference. You should choose classes you intend to register for. UCD will contact you in May regarding the official registration process. You will find out which courses you have been registered in at your orientation.

The Internship Component: The internship will be for six weeks, Monday to Thursday. The internship is unpaid. Each student will be interviewed during the month of April to review their education, experience and skill set. Based on this information, each student will be placed into a suitable role by our Internship Manager and her team. Students will receive notification of their placement at the end of May and will meet with their employer during week one of the programme. Details are issued to the student on arrival.
