Yes, students are allowed to suggest new hosts for COP - local or abroad. However, this is subject to approval from the UBD DY Chairlady and COP Coordinator. To suggest a new host, simply email the name, official address, focal person, and contacts (email and telephone) to dycop.sbe@ubd.edu.bn.

Definitely! Even though a student is the only person to join an organization, there might be students from other faculties and higher learning institutions. Besides, students will not work alone as there will team-up with employees in the organization.

No. As mentioned in the Eligibility section (in Key Information Page), a student is not allowed to repeat. Meaning, even though a student was previously attached with an organization (for SEP/SAP or Internship) and plans to remain with the same organization but for COP, vice versa, this is not allowed.

The decision to call for interviews is set by the host. Some host may want to interview students while some might not. Should there is the need for an interview, students will either be called by the host or the Coordinator directly.
