Mechanisms of Nervous System Dysfunction and Recovery
This course is a weekly seminar-styled lecture where you will dive into a new and interesting topic each week. Topics range from epilepsy to Alzheimers Disease to ADHD, all related to the physiological mechanisms of neurological and psychiatric disorder as well as recovery and treatments. There are also plenty of guest lectures that vary from talks about personal experience, careers, or current research in the field!
This course is packed with diverse content, so it's really important to stay on top of the material, create flashcards, and always consider how topics relate and how they can be tested.
