Welcome to my personal webpage!!  

I am a Research Scientist and the Deputy Head of the Laboratory of Population Dynamics and Sustainable Well-Being at the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research (MPIDR). Moreover, I am the Open Science Ambassador at the MPIDR, and an Associate Editor for the journal Demographic Research.

Formerly, I was a joint PhD student at the Institut national d’études démographiques and at the Interdisciplinary Centre on Population Dynamics (CPOP) at the University of Southern Denmark . I obtained my PhD in February 2020 with a dissertation on "New Approaches in Mortality Modelling and Forecasting",  which is available here.
