By using the App, you agree to:

You agree not to use BrowserWrite for:
illegal activities,
harmful or abusive content,
infringement of intellectual property rights,
or malicious automated activity.
BrowserWrite uses third-party AI providers to generate responses and content.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information.
You acknowledge that:
AI responses are generated automatically
Results may not always be accurate or reliable
Content should not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice
You use all generated content at your own discretion and risk.
BrowserWrite may offer:
Weekly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions
Lifetime access purchases
Features, pricing, and usage limits may change over time.
Subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store billing system.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
Your account may be charged within 24 hours before the renewal period begins
You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime through Apple Account Settings.
Some subscription plans may include free trial periods.
Unless canceled before the trial ends:
the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription,
and your Apple ID account will be charged accordingly.
Trial availability may vary by region, promotion, or account status.
Lifetime purchases provide access to premium features for as long as BrowserWrite remains commercially available.
Lifetime access does not guarantee:
perpetual service availability,
indefinite feature support,
or future compatibility with all devices or operating systems.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
BrowserWrite, including its software, branding, design, interface, graphics, and functionality, is owned by Zain Tariq and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy or redistribute the App
Reverse engineer or decompile the software
Attempt to extract source code
Use BrowserWrite branding without permission
BrowserWrite may integrate with third-party services and AI providers, including:
Anthropic
OpenAI
Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of BrowserWrite at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee:
uninterrupted availability,
error-free operation,
or permanent access to specific features or AI models.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
BrowserWrite is provided “as is” and “as available”
We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to BrowserWrite if:
these Terms are violated,
abuse or misuse is detected,
required third-party services become unavailable,
or the App is discontinued.
Your use of BrowserWrite is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of BrowserWrite after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
