- The President is the Chief Executive Officer, in charge of all other officers, and will be responsible to the members of Theatre Guild and to the faculty advisor for the orderly proceeding of group functions.
- The President will also act as the Producer of all Theatre Guild productions. They will handle all space arrangements with the Technical Director and or Director of the School of Dance, Theatre, and Arts Administration and oversee the obtaining of all rights with the Faculty Advisor.
- In the event the President feels in conflict as producer of Theatre Guild shows, the next available officer will fill this role.
(To be eligible to run for the position of President you have to be an active member and a part of the Executive Board for at least one year.)
- The Vice President will fulfill the duties of the President in the event of their absence.
- The Vice President will be the officer in charge of overseeing all Special Committees.
- The Vice President will organize induction ceremonies and the Guildies.
(To be eligible to run for the position of Vice President you have to be an active member and a part of the Executive Board for at least one year.)
- The Treasurer will keep all financial records, making them available upon request, and will be the sole officer in charge of collecting membership dues.
- The Treasurer will be responsible for making sure that the UAF/SAF requisition paperwork is completed in an organized and timely fashion, and can seek assistance from the Secretary and President if needed.
- The Treasurer will be in charge of collaborating with each director in creating a budget for each Theatre Guild show. They will meet with the director and technical director periodically throughout the rehearsal process to see how the production is staying on budget.
- The Treasurer, along with the President, will have sole discretionary spending power over all Theatre Guild money, including petty cash, which they will keep an accurate count of at all times.

- The Secretary will keep all records and correspondence. They will keep a list of members, with special attention to their attendance. The Secretary will keep minutes of all meetings and will be responsible for sending them to the membership.
- The Secretary will also act as Historian and will be responsible for keeping a collection and record of programs, reviews, clippings, photographs, and other important items such as T-Shirts and water bottles, of all Theatre Guild productions and events.
- The Secretary will be the officer in charge of collecting and organizing play proposals and will be in charge of organizing the Theatre Guild elections. They will create the ballots, send them to the membership, and tally the votes with the aid of the president or vice president.
- In the event the current Secretary cannot fulfill above duty during election time, the Advisor will tally the votes with two members present in the room.

(To be eligible to run for a Member at Large you have to be an active member for at least one semester.)
- The Fundraising Chair will be in charge of coming up with new and creative fundraising ideas. They will oversee all aspects of all fundraising events including: the organization, the setup, the execution, and the clean-up. They will collaborate with the Treasurer in planning these events.
- The Outreach Chair will be responsible for networking Theatre Guild with other student organizations on campus, as well as with people and groups from the surrounding community. They will collaborate with the Vice President in planning networking events.
- The Publicity Chair will oversee all publicity for all Theatre Guild events. They will also work with the Director and Production Staff of each production to coordinate all publicity. They will collaborate with the Secretary and will assist them with their Historian responsibilities.
