Foster Membership
The UAP Annual National Membership Dues are separate from UAP Chapter Dues and must be paid individually by each member.
1. Coordinate with the Chapter Treasurer to settle for any pending Chapter Dues. The Chapter Treasurer will give you clearance in the Chapter Level.
2. Download and fill up this transfer form to be signed by Chapter Presidents from both Chapters and to be Verified and Approved by UAP National Administration.
