Work Your First Shift
You will be receiving an email from DocuSign with online paperwork that needs to be signed and acknowledged. It will have the employee handbook, shoes for crews, and safe pledge. If you do not receive this email please reach out to Nestor Hernandez and we can resend the online paperwork. This must be completed in order to start working.
The following additional standards apply to this location regarding professional appearance, work attire:
· Black pants or shorts- shorts cannot be shorter than two (2) inches above the knee.
o No leggings, jeans, or sweats
o Pants must be in good condition- no fading, tearing, or visible damage.
· All black non-slip shoes. If you do not have an all-black pair of non-slip shoes to wear at the time of hire, please let your manager know if you are in need of non-slip shoes.
· Shirts will be provided based on the position that you will be working in. Employees will be issued 1 shirt/ Hat and will be given a point (based on the employee point policy) for any other shirts given. Apart from any shirts that do not look presentable (i.e. have stains, ripped etc.).
o Supervisor: red polo, black hat (or solid color UofA hat), black pants
o Alcohol Compliance: red polo, black hat (or solid color UofA hat), black pants
o Stand Lead: red polo, black hat (or solid color UofA hat), black pants
o Cashier/ Food Prep: Blue polo, black hat (or solid color UofA hat), black pants
o Warehouse: Black polo, black hat (or solid color UofA hat), black pants
· Hat must be the black hat that is provided to you or a solid color U of A hat. (Manager Discretion)
· Hat must be worn facing forward the entire shift and must be the solid black hat issued to you or a solid color uofa branded hat.
o Hats must be in good condition- no fading, tearing, or visible damage.
§ Other branded hats, visors, bucket hats, sun hats, beanies, boho hats, bandanas, or cowboy hats are not permitted.
· Hair must be clean and pulled back if below the shoulders.
· All employees must be clean and in the proper uniform for their assigned position at the start of their shift. Employees may not check in for their scheduled shift until they are in proper uniform. Employees will be asked to change into proper uniform before getting checked in.
o Any employee who is not in proper uniform will be given 1 point for uniform violation on their point profile.
· Please limit the use of perfume and cologne that are strong smelling or used in excess.
· All employees must maintain clean and short fingernails.
o Nail polish or artificial nails are not permitted
§ Employees wearing artificial nails will be sent home and not permitted to work their shift at the time of check in
When temperatures cool, Employees may wear a solid black or gray sweaters/jackets or UA branded outwear (manager discretion)
· Your uniform must always be visible.
· You may wear your uniform shirt over your sweater or jacket if prederred to maintain full visibility of your uniform.

• Reference number (used for tracking purposes)
Full Verification includes:
• All basic information PLUS
• Pay rate
• Gross earnings year to date with a breakdown for overtime, commissions and bonuses
• Gross earnings for two years prior
To access Basic Verification, provide the lender/verifier with:

WorkJam is our official scheduling app where you can see your scheduled shifts, any open shifts, and communicate with your fellow employees.
Our Point Policy tracks attendance through a points system for unexcused absences or tardiness, with accumulated points potentially leading to disciplinary action to maintain fairness and a positive work environment.
Our monthly availability form will be sent to the email on file every second Monday of each month, covering the upcoming month's events.
DailyPay is a check advance option we offer that allows you to access up to 50% of your earned, unpaid wages before your regular payday. This feature provides flexibility to manage your finances on your own schedule.
