Below, you’ll find a detailed outline of our Attendance Point Policy. Please take a few moments to review it carefully so you understand how points are assigned and how they may impact your employment status.

Below you can find what the employee point policy is and what value each violation is worth. Please keep in mind that ARAMARK also abides by the progressive discipline policy which can be found below. If you have any questions reach out to your manager for more information
Point Profile: Each employee has their own profile which is tracked by the Staffing and Operations Manager regarding the number of points accumulated in a 12-month period.
Point Break down by violation
· No call/ No show = 4pts
· 24-Start time before shift call out = 3pts
· 48-24 Hrs. before shift call out = 2pts
· 72-48 Hrs. before shift call out =1pt
· Late arrival = 1pt
· Uniform violation = 1pts
· Small Events 24 Hrs. before shift call out = 2pts
· Small Events 48-24 Hrs. before shift call out = 1pts
To qualify for supervisor or stand lead you may not accumulate more than four (4) points in a 12- month period. If points accrued are accrued as a supervisor or stand lead you may be asked for work in another position or the remainder of the season.
Please keep in mind that ARAMARK has no obligation to use any one or more of these steps of discipline prior to discharging an employee. Any or all of these steps can be omitted, as ARAMARK deems appropriate, in its sole discretion.

The following events listed below are considered “Small Events” which means there is a limited number of staff for each shift.
