What do I need for practice?

All players must have the following:
Soccer cleats with socks over the shin guards
Flat running shoes
Size 4 ball
Water bottle
NO jewelry, including watches (jewelry is not allowed in games - putting tape over jewelry is no longer an accepted practice by referees)
