Communication:
Please keep attendance up to date. Either through game changer, or direct messages to coach. This includes practices and games.
Please follow chain of command. Speak to the coach first before contacting travel coordinator or club president.
Allow 24 hours after a game before approaching any coach. Contact a coach to setup a time we can meet to discuss your concerns.
Practices and Games:
Coaching from the sideline will not be tolerated, please refrain from doing so. This includes yelling, "Shoot!" Let the players make decisions.
Communication toward referees will not be tolerated. Allow the coaches to decide what needs to be addressed with the referees.
Practices will have elements of fun, but our main focus is player development. This will also include physical conditioning.
Playing time and positions
At the duration of the season, all players will have had close to equal playing time.
For playing time to be equal, the effort provided by a player needs to match the level of their teammates.
Playing various positions is not a guarantee, but we are always open to conversations about what we feel gives your player the best opportunity to succeed.
