IDO BRASLAVSKY | Co-founder

Ido Braslavsky is an associate professor at the Department of Biochemistry, Food Science and Nutrition of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He also serves as a Head of BSc Program in Biochemistry and Food Science and as Member of the Governors of the Society of Cryobiology. Ido is also a Co-founder, SavorEat, 3D food printing.

VICTOR YASHUNSKY | Co-founder and CEO

Victor Yashunsky is an assistant professor leading "Living Matter" lab at the Environmental Physics department of Ben Gurion University. Victor holds PhD in Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and postdoctoral training in Institut Curie (Paris). He is an author of several patents and more than a dozen peer-reviewed scientific articles. Along with this, Victor brings experience in development of medical devices, automated microscopy, computer vision and thermal control.
