IDO BRASLAVSKY | Co-founder

Ido Braslavsky is an associate professor and serves as Head of the Institute of Biochemistry, Food Science, and Nutrition of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is also a Head of the BSc Program in Biochemistry and Food Science and a Member of the Governors of the Society of Cryobiology. Ido is a Co-founder of SavorEat, 3D food printing.

VICTOR YASHUNSKY | Co-founder and CEO

Victor Yashunsky is an assistant professor leading the "Living Matter" lab at the Environmental Physics Department of Ben Gurion University. Victor holds PhD in Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and postdoctoral training at Institut Curie (Paris). He is the author of several patents and more than a dozen peer-reviewed scientific articles. Along with this, Victor brings experience in the development of medical devices, automated microscopy, computer vision, and thermal control.
