第二週愛的叮嚀 Tzu Chi Academy Long Island Reminder for 9/17/17
Dear Parents, Teacher and Volunteers:
1. Parking lots are located to the east and west of the school. You can also park on East Main Street if the lots are full. **For student safety, please do not drive onto the slope in front of the entrance. **
2. Please have your child wear Tzu Chi uniform to school. You can purchase uniforms at the front desk. $13 for a polo shirt. $18 for a sweat shirt.
3. Fire drill is 10:00 am for AM classes; 2:00 pm for PM class. Please evacuate through the nearest door and wait outside quietly for clearance announcement.
4. Snack time for pre-K to 2nd grade is between 10:10 and 10:30. Snack time for 3rd to 10th grade plus 二正is between 10:35 and 10:50. **PM session: snack time is between 2:20 and 2:40. **
Must make sure that no peanuts or anything made with peanuts be eaten at table posting no nuts allowed. (In classrooms and in cafeteria)
5. Please bring your own eating utensil (including Tupperware or bowl). There is no bag or utensil when you purchase food in cafeteria.
6. Cultural class and adult class registration is available with Google form please click the link below. These classes will start on 10/1. The new list has two extra classes added; the sketch and lion dance. Due to the design error, there are many parents were not able to register with mobile devices. We want to apologize for that. 7. Yoga and Veggie Adult Classes are starting 10/1 also. Please register at Ai Xin Station at front desk. The detailed description of Veggie class is attached for your reference.
8. 12:00 dismissal for AM session. **PM session 4:00 dismissal.**

1. 本週9月17日, 上午班9點上課; 下午班1點上課.
2. 學生請一律穿著慈濟人文學校制服到校. 夏季制服$13 冬季制服 $18, 可在愛心站購買. 請自行準備深藍色長褲, 請穿球鞋.
3. 第二週有消防演習, 早上班 10:00 ; 下午班 2:00; 請從最靠近的出口走出去, 排隊安靜等待口令進大樓.
4. 上午班點心時間: 幼小班到二年級 : 10點10分 到 10點30分; 三年級到十年級 以及二年正班: 10點35分 到 10點50分. 下午班點心時間:2點20分到2點40分. 有標示不能有花生/果仁的桌子絕對不可有這類食品或點心. (餐廳或教室都一樣)
5. 請自帶碗筷, 廚房沒有提供袋子或容器.福利社有販賣環保碗筷.
6. 才藝班將於下週開始註冊並於10月1日開課. 這星期有素描和舞獅兩個新加的課程, 如果你們改選我們會將舊的檔案刪除. 很抱歉,上週由於表格設計的疏忽, 許多家長無法用手機註冊, 請用下面改正過的聯結註冊.

8. 上午班本週於12點放學. 下午班放學時間為4點.
