About Me:
Hi I'm Ty, I'm originally from Lehighton, Pennsylvania where my passion for nature was instilled in me while growing up in PA's beautiful forests. I am following my love for nature through my career as a wildlife biologist researching an array of taxa learning about their ecologies and how wildlife and humans can mutually thrive in a quickly changing world.
In an effort to find a more sustainable future, I am pursuing a biology master's degree at Arkansas State University studying the declining American Kestrel and their nest box use, nesting success, and their effects on potential agricultural pests in row-crop agriculture in northeast Arkansas.Â
