Typemat is an AI-powered writing assistant designed to help users create, improve, and transform text using artificial intelligence.
The application provides tools that assist users with writing, formatting, and generating content.
Fix grammar and spelling
Rewrite or improve text
Generate ideas
Continue unfinished writing
Translate text between languages
Create social media posts
Draft emails and messages
Resume writing assistance
Job description generation
Marketing content suggestions
The app may allow users to save and organize frequently used text snippets locally on their device.
AI-powered features require an active internet connection.
Typemat uses the Google Gemini API provided by Google LLC to process requests for certain AI-powered features.
When you choose to use an AI-powered feature, such as:
Grammar or spelling correction
Text rewriting or improvement
Translation
Text generation
Tone or formatting changes
Other AI-powered writing features
the specific text or prompt you choose to submit is transmitted directly from your device to the Google Gemini API for processing.
Typemat does not automatically send everything you type on the keyboard to Google Gemini.
Typemat does not store the AI request text or AI-generated response on its own servers.
Google processes information submitted through the Gemini API according to the terms and policies applicable to the Gemini API.
Users should avoid submitting passwords, authentication codes, financial information, or other highly sensitive information into AI prompts.
Typemat provides keyboard functionality that can be used without granting Full Access.
Users can use the basic Typemat keyboard without enabling Full Access. Normal keyboard functionality does not require Full Access.
Typing ordinary text with the keyboard does not automatically transmit that text to Google Gemini.
Certain AI-powered features require Full Access / Allow Full Access to be enabled in the device's keyboard settings.
Full Access may be required when the user chooses to use AI-powered functionality such as:
Grammar and spelling correction
Rewriting or improving text
Translation
AI text generation
Tone or formatting changes
Other features that require communication with the Google Gemini API
When Full Access is required, Typemat will explain this requirement to the user before the applicable AI functionality is used.
Granting Full Access does not mean that Typemat automatically sends everything the user types to Google Gemini.
Only text that the user actively submits to an AI-powered feature is transmitted for AI processing.
Users may continue using the basic keyboard without granting Full Access, although certain AI-powered features may not be available.
Users can enable or disable Full Access at any time through the device's keyboard settings.
We are committed to protecting user privacy.
Our application does not require users to create an account or sign up.
Users can install the app and immediately start using the AI writing tools without providing personal information.

Typemat may collect limited technical information, such as anonymous usage statistics, crash reports, or performance diagnostics, where applicable, to improve application performance and stability.

You agree not to use the application to:
Create illegal or harmful content
Harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others
Generate spam or deceptive messages
Misuse the AI system
Violation of these guidelines may result in restriction of access to the service.
AI-powered features require:
Internet connectivity
Availability of the Google Gemini API
Availability of other required third-party services
AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, reliable, or appropriate.
Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before using it, particularly for legal, financial, employment, medical, or other important purposes.
Typemat does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
All AI features are currently available free of charge, subject to applicable usage limits.
We may introduce premium features or subscription plans in future versions of the application. Any such changes will be clearly communicated to users.
All intellectual property rights related to the application, including software, design, branding, and functionality, remain the property of the developer.
Users may not:
Copy or redistribute the application
Modify the software
Attempt to reverse engineer the app
The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Typemat is not responsible for:
Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
Interruptions or availability of Google Gemini or other third-party services
Loss or damage resulting from reliance on AI-generated content
Loss, damage, or consequences resulting from use of the application
Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before relying on or using it.
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
Any changes will be posted within the application or on the official policy page with an updated date.
Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
