Typemat is a keyboard and AI writing assistant. Typemat does not automatically send everything a user types on the keyboard to a third-party AI service.
When users actively use AI-powered features, the following information may be processed:

When you use an AI-powered feature, the text or prompt you choose to submit is sent directly from your device to Google Gemini.

Users may withdraw their AI-processing consent through the privacy or AI settings provided within the application.

Clipboard Items
Text snippets saved to Typemat's Smart Clipboard are stored locally on the user's device and remain there until the user deletes them.
AI Processing
AI text submitted by the user is sent directly from the user's device to Google Gemini for processing.
Typemat does not store AI request text or AI-generated responses on its own servers.
You have control over your data and keyboard permissions when using Typemat.
You may delete saved clipboard items at any time within the Typemat app.
Typemat can be used as a basic keyboard without enabling Full Access.
When Full Access is disabled, Typemat can provide basic keyboard functionality, such as typing and entering text, without access to network-based AI features that require Full Access.
When Full Access is enabled, Typemat can provide additional features, including AI-powered writing features and other functionality that requires network access.
You can enable or disable Full Access for Typemat at any time through your device's keyboard settings.
Removing Typemat from your device removes the locally stored Typemat app data, including locally stored Smart Clipboard data.

Purpose of Transmission: Transmitted text is used strictly to perform real-time text analysis, grammar correction, tone adjustment, translation, and content generation as requested by you(User).
App-Level Identifiers: Typemat does not intentionally include account profile information, device identifiers, precise location information, or other unrelated app-level personal information in AI request data unless necessary for the requested functionality or otherwise disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
User-Submitted Content: Any text, names, personal information, or other details that you voluntarily include in an AI request may be transmitted to Google Gemini as part of that request.
