12 Week Program
My powerlifting program is designed to help individuals develop maximal strength in the three main powerlifting lifts: the squat, deadlift, and bench press. This program follows a periodized approach, gradually increasing intensity and volume over time to ensure consistent progress while minimizing the risk of injury.

12 Week Program
My Muscle Building program is focused on increasing muscle size through progressive overload, balanced volume, and targeted exercises. Through this program I aim to optimize muscle growth by incorporating a mix of compound lifts (multi-joint exercises) and isolation movements (single-joint exercises), with a focus on varying rep ranges, rest periods, and intensity.

How Payment and Scheduling Works
After we complete your first "Introduction" session, we will discuss how often you would like to train and what your prefered times are. Payments are collected on a P.I.F. (Paid in full) basis prior to training each month. There is no commitment required, just use what you buy!

Not all days and times will be available. Cancellation of a session requires a 24 hour notice. Failure to cancel prior to 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a forfeiture of that session. If a session requires cancelation by trainer, you will be notified as soon as possible and the session will still remain on your balance to be used at our next scheduled time.
