"I fell in love with exercies in highschool after getting involved with a weight lifitng class. At the time I was battling severe social anxiety and depression that I still struggle with even now. However, fitness was a constant in life. It became something that I could confide in, something that I built a strong relationship with, something that I was obsessed with. Through fitness I found that I could really channel my best self. It helped clear my mind and uplift my self esteem. Something that I have come to love is showing others that fitness is a source of positivity and tangible growth. Channeling the ability to lift others up to help prevent or manage struggles that I have dealt with in my own life and experiences has become my prerogative.
