Artifact B

I had to devise a creative and original solution to a communication problem in my experimental film course. Where I had to push the boundaries I would normally take with a documentary or narrative film and create alternative cinematic film that relates to myself. Through this assignment, I had to develop a film about a day that changed my life. I had to think outside of the box and come up with different ideas to get my story across to my audience. During the process I ran into abstract problems because I couldn't use to much visual effects, sound and no acting. I had to rely on the unique qualities of motion, lighting, and composition to create a emotional experience.
