Pet Policy: There is a pet fee of $10 per day. ONLY dogs are allowed, and all dogs are expected to be under control and well behaved. Please keep in mind that other campers may have pets and you are responsible for any damage / injuries that your pet incurs.
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and hand / dish soap are provided for each cabin. You are required to bring your own shampoo / conditioner, towels, bed sheets, blankets, pillows, and pillow cases. Other items that are helpful: fishing poles, cameras, paper products, food, small propane grills, and drinking / cooking water (all the cabins at property #1 have VERY hard water. Cabins at property #2 have well water that is suitable to drink).
Trash is to be gathered and taken to the municipal dump site. Do not let trash sit outside overnight. The bears WILL get into the trash and cause a mess.
Kinney's County store located 2 miles away in Cross Fork has nearly all your essential needs, fishing and hunting supplies, vacationing goods, and hand dipped ice cream!

"The Guest House"

The cabin has a new front porch, a living/kitchen area, bathroom with shower, and three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a set of bunk beds. The other bedrooms have a queen bed and a set of bunks.
The fully furnished kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes and pot/pans. There is also a coin operated washing machine / dryer.
The short path to Kettle Creek runs near the cabin. A campfire ring and picnic table is located beside the front porch to enjoy campfire cooking. Grills are not always available.
"Cabin 1"

Cabin 1 has a new front porch, a living /kitchen area, bath with shower, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has a set of bunk bed and one single. The fully furnished kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes and pot/pans. Elm creek flows behind the cabin for ambiance. A campfire ring and round picnic table is located beside the front porch to enjoy campfire cooking. Small charcoal or gas gill using green bottle are at each cabin.
"Cabin 2"

The third one has bunk beds and single bed. The fully furnished kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes and pot/pans. A campfire ring and picnic table is located beside the front porch to enjoy campfire cooking.
The large log cabin is located in beautiful Potter County, one mile towards Cross Fork from the main property. The address is 2 Rooney Lane. The fully furnished kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes and pot/pans. There is a stone fireplace with gas logs. The cabin has a bathroom with shower. Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a set of bunk beds with double bottom and single top. There is also a double bed in one room and another set of bunk beds in the other two rooms. A TV with a DVD player is provided. A fire ring and picnic table is outside next to the slate patio with stone wall. A small charcoal or gas grill is also available. This cabin has an outdoor space with an interesting rock wall feature.
