Bylaws
Our PTSA is governed by a set of Bylaws. The Bylaws are active for 3 years.Then the bylaws go through a process of review, amendment, approval by our PTSA membership, and renewal with Utah PTA. Our current Bylaws expire January 1st, 2023. Please see the proposed bylaws for the next 3 years as posted below.

Standing Rules contain job descriptions and more detailed information about conducting the business and directing the activities of the PTSA. They are reviewed and renewed yearly as needed.
All board members need to be familiar with the standing rules. All committee chairs need to be familiar with their section of the standing rules.

Nominating Committees
The nominating committee is an elected group of PTSA members. They are tasked with finding the best person for each elected office. They research each candidate’s qualifications and get consent from each nominee. This process begins in November and ends in March.
