The Band Gala is the End of Year celebration for band and color guard.  This committee begins planning for the event in January & the actual event is in May

This committee organizes, recruits volunteers, provides hospitality, and helps with concert & event needs. Concert season kicks off after Marching season

This committee will work to gather sponsorships, plan spirit nights, &support fundraising for TWB. This group helps coordinate Spirit Nights

The Jazz Concert is a fun event hosted by the Jazz Band each spring.  Parent volunteers are needed to organize & plan the event.

Pit Crew is a dedicated team that supports band & winter guard with prop construction, movement of equipment, & WMI logistics

This committee inventories band supplies, organizes registration items, & manages replacement items

This committee serves once a year in May to select band students to receive scholarships.  Committee Chair cannot be a Sr. Parent

This committee cleans, organizes, & maintains booster club supplies

Committee Chair:  Liz McQueen

This group feeds kids!  They organize, pick up, and serve food throughout the year.

These parents will assist with everything relating to marching & concert uniforms: distribution, cleaning, repairs, & collection
